Grate Technology

In 2000, Sanfeng Environment introduced the SITY2000 Waste-to-Energy technology and flue gas cleaning technology. During the process of application, all the engineering and equipments have been locally produced.

• The grate is a reciprocating type with a 24 ° slope and is composed of one or an even number of parallel lanes.Each lane consists of:

• a grate surface formed from a series of rows of bars.

• a moving frame giving the back-and-forth motion to the rows of bars dependent on this frame.

• a hydraulic drive system for the moving frame.

• a support structure for the whole assembly on which are fixed the frame as well as the fines recovery hoppers and the primary air feed plenums.

Flue gas purification technology

The semi dry process for the removal of particulate matter, acid gases, heavy metal and dioxins/furans from flue gas is a solution comprising two sprcific areas: 

• a spray absorber reactor(gas/liquid chemical reaction between lime slurry and gas ions, activated carbon injection).

• fabric filter(a particulate collector for the collection of fly ash and solid reaction products).
